The Caesar - Canada

The Caesar is a quintessential Canadian cocktail, known for its bold flavors and distinctive ingredients. Made with vodka, Clamato juice (a blend of tomato and clam juices), hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce, it offers a savory and slightly spicy profile that sets it apart from other cocktails. Traditionally served in a tall glass rimmed with celery salt, the drink is often garnished with a celery stick, lime wedge, or even pickled vegetables, making it a visually appealing choice. Originating in Calgary in 1969, the Caesar has since become a popular choice across Canada, often enjoyed during brunch or as a refreshing accompaniment to warm weather gatherings.
