Hello!

First off, thank you for checking out International Date Night. This journey began with a date between Kenzie Brown and Evan Connell. After falling madly in love, we moved in together and now call Hampden, Baltimore our home. The concept for International Date Night was born on a memorable Friday night when Evan decided to surprise Kenzie with a Korean Beef Bowl and a bottle of Soju, inspired by Anthony Bourdain's "No Reservations" Korean episode.

From that night, it became our tradition. Each week, we’d visit the liquor store to discover new imported beers and then find a corresponding recipe. Our culinary adventures have led us to cook dishes from over 100 different countries, and we've even had the pleasure of traveling to 40 of them.
